I have many colleagues who studied in this unit, terrible teachers and super rude. Teachers with no teaching skills, air conditioning that doesn't work and the students will be damned if they feel sick. I would like the director to take some action regarding this delicate matter. I am very proud to have been a student at the Rodrigues Alves unit in the technical course, you should learn from them how to treat students well, nothing for free to humiliate them because we pay our taxes, THE ONLY EXCELLENT TEACHER WHO HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS ZHNR UNIT IT WAS JOSÉ ALDO FROM AUTOCAD, THE REST SPEECHLESS. This school is rubbish, there aren't even fans to provide even a minimum of comfort to the students, students fainting and feeling sick, is there a director in this UNIT? They are dealing with lives, human beings and not animals! EVERYTHING IS GARBAGE FROM THE MOVE TO SIMONSEN, 11/17/2023, UPDATED COMPLAINT. I'LL GIVE A CALL TO THE OMBUDSMAN'S OFFICE IF THEY WILL RESOLVE IT

I studied Electronics Technician. Institution with great teachers "as long as you study outside the institution too, and bring your questions to class", has excellent infrastructure. It boosted my professional career, in the second semester of the course I started my internship.

In my experience, a place of authoritarian and perpetually bad-tempered people. A few years ago I went to resolve the end of my internship and went to speak to the professor in charge of electronics. Even after finishing the course six months ago, I was treated like one of the worst students, for free. I didn't raise my voice to anyone, I wasn't rude, my grades were always high and this teacher hadn't even taught me during the entire course, I didn't even know the guy beyond his face and name. The course was good, the equipment is great but I would only go back there if absolutely necessary, looking for papers.

The only unit at SENAI SP that offers a technical course in chemical analysis, in relation to the structure of the laboratories and the building, there is nothing to complain about, the labs are impeccably clean and have a lot of sophisticated equipment that is difficult to find in any course. However, there are no lockers for students to store material and/or PPE, having to carry everything in their backpacks. Furthermore, there is a space for the canteen that is not in operation, meaning that students have to take a snack or leave the unit to purchase.
